Membership

Membership in our congregation flows from a call to be a healing presence of the Church in any situation through unity and reconciliation centered in the Spirit. Our response is two-fold: to grow in intimate union with God and to proclaim the Gospel message in service to our neighbor. Our community membership supports our efforts to become "The Congregation of the Great Love of God" as our Jesuit founder described us.

We identify ourselves as members of this congregation by vowing publicly to live the evangelical counsels of celibate chastity, poverty and obedience. Our vowed life allows our faith commitment, begun at Baptism, to deepen and to free us for an all-embracing love and service of God and neighbor.
